    He's British, and knows proper intact care.

Loretta Baustian in Quincy, IL is technically intact friendly in that she doesn't encourage circumcision, but she does tell parents that boys should be able to begin retraction by age one and encourages parents to retract, and does attempt to do so in office at that age during well visits. I know this as I've four boys and they're all her patients. Obviously not always a fun experience. Thought I'd clarify. Dr. Pierre Raad, at the same address/phone/etc IS intact friendly however!
